Please read these terms carefully, and retain a copy of them for your reference.

This website is owned and operated by IPICS The Supply Chain Management Institute (IPICS SCM). IPICS SCM is a member based not-for profit Institute dedicated to promoting Supply Chain Education in Ireland.

IPICS SCM is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. From time to time we may change this policy by updating this page.
We may collect the following information:
- Name and job title.
- Contact information including email address, address, phone and fax number.
- Other information relevant to services we offer.
We require this information to identify your requirements and provide you with a better service, and in particular for:
- Maintaining internal records.
- For sending you the materials and services you purchase from us.
- We may use the information to improve our courses, products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional emails about new courses, products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
Our website contains links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should always exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Making a contract with IPICS SCM
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order, that a contract has been made between us and the payment has been processed.
In the unlikely event that the goods or services are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
If the goods or services you order are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
Course materials for our public courses will be available at the first session. Materials for our distance learning programmes will be sent by post within Ireland, or courier to participants outside of Ireland when full payment is made.
The packaging and shipping cost will be shown separately on your receipt or invoice. Any customs or other charges, if applicable to your country, is payable by purchaser. For on-line purchasers the delivery cost will be shown when they enter their address. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carrier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
IPICS will honour payment (credit) in advance for courses and exam fees for five years. If the customer prepayment has not been used within five years they will be forfeited. Any credit refund request approved by IPICS will be refunded to the original payers account and not to any other beneficiary.
IPICS Price Increases
From time to time there are price increses from ASCM / APICS which need to be passed on, in relation to Customer Prepayments if there is a subseqent IPICS price increase as a result of an ASCM / APICS price increase for courses, exam credits, or membership then the IPICS Customer would need to pay to IPICS the difference between the old price and the new price when requesting the courses, exam credits or membership.
CPIM Part 1 and Part 2, CSCP, CLTD Learning Systems / Course Materials, and other course materials, are non refundable should a participant decide not to participate in the Online Course. Course materials for Online Courses are non transferable and non refundable. Unused / not used hours for Online courses will be forfeited.
Cancellation and returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. Materials must be returned in their original sealed packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a no charge replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
Method of Refunds
IPICS SCM will refund to you, using the same method by which we have received payment.
How to make a Return
If you wish to make a return please contact IPICS SCM at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the IPICS Office on + 353 1 9023729, and we will explain the returns information that we require. When making returns we request that you return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt. Please note that you have to pay for shipping the return.
Changes to these terms
These terms were last changed on the 24th February 2022. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
